1. Service Agreement

By engaging 800 Storage Dubai for moving or storage services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide professional logistics, packing, and climate-controlled storage solutions across Dubai.

2. Storage Unit Usage & Restrictions

Our facilities are designed for safety and cleanliness. To maintain these standards, the following items are strictly prohibited from our storage units:

• Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, chemicals, explosives, or radioactive materials.
• Perishables: Food items or anything that can decay or attract pests.
• Illegal Goods: Any items prohibited under UAE law.
• Living Beings: Animals, birds, or plants.

3. Climate Control & Protection

We offer climate-controlled storage to protect your items from Dubai's extreme heat and humidity. While we maintain optimal conditions, 800 Storage Dubai is not responsible for the natural aging of materials or inherent defects in stored items.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Storage fees are typically billed on a monthly basis.

• Payments must be settled in full at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• In case of late payment, 800 Storage Dubai reserves the right to restrict access to the unit until the balance is cleared.
• Additional charges may apply for specialized packing materials or extended moving labor.

5. Access & Security

Our facilities are monitored 24/7 with advanced CCTV. Access to your personal or business storage unit is granted during official working hours, or as per the specific access level agreed upon in your plan.

6. Liability & Insurance

While we exercise maximum care and provide high-level security, we recommend that clients obtain insurance for high-value items. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the individual service contract signed at the time of booking.

7. Termination of Services

Clients may terminate their storage agreement by providing the required notice period (as per their specific plan). Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled, and the unit must be vacated in its original condition.
